About Us
Our employees are our greatest asset and are the foundation for the quality of our cleaning and maintenance services. Employee focus and direction begins with orientation, and continues well into the future.

Competitive compensation packages, performance-based recognition plans, extensive training programs, financial stability, professionalism, and opportunities for advancement all result in greater productivity and service longevity.
Additionally, our management understands the importance of building strong partnerships with other cleaning and maintenance service providers at your community, as well as with your current management staff.
QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
Our Quality Assurance Program enables us to satisfy employees’ expectations in the most productive and cost-effective manner possible. We do this by involving our cleaning technicians in the process, measuring quality and communicating results. Our program improves our cleaning technicians efforts and returns increased value to our customers. We do this by:
- Quality control through inspections
- Ensuring satisfaction through closed-loop communication
- Managing cleaning information
- Complete cleaning technicians’ participation in the Quality Process
- Customizing our Quality Program to your needs through (SOP’s)
QUALITY CONTROL THROUGH INSPECTIONS
We perform regularly scheduled inspections to determine the quality of the work, as well as solicit feedback from our clients. The data obtained during detailed inspections is used to measure our cleaning program, allowing us to set improvement goals and determine the effectiveness of its initiatives.
Quality Control Inspections will be performed weekly by our site manager and we encourage your representatives to accompany us on inspections. We will contact the occupants designated by you as key contacts during the tour.
In addition to our routine daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, PTC employs regional Quality Assurance Representatives. These individuals are responsible for inspecting your facility, once per quarter. In addition to cleaning quality, our Quality Assurance Inspections also report on:
- OSHA Compliance
- Safety Procedures Compliance
- ID Badge / Uniform Compliance
- Time Keeping Accuracy
- On Site Record Retention Procedures
- Payroll Audits
Our Quality Assurance Representatives report directly back to our Regional and Branch Managers. All reports and findings are carefully reviewed, and the appropriate actions are executed through joint collaboration with all of our managers.
We recommend a client representative participate in the inspection tours whenever possible. By jointly inspecting the same conditions, we can better understand and exceed your expectations.
