Our Story

About Us

In 1985, Patrick and Mary moved to Southern California from Reno, Nevada, and purchased their first new home in San Clemente, California near Forester Meadowood (The Colony).

This was the start of PTC; as they could not qualify for the home on Patrick’s salary in food processing, the sales associate of the homebuilder suggested that Mary clean the model homes, and with the additional income they would qualify for their home.

For the first few years, Mary specialized in model home maintenance and cleaning services for homeowner associations, which soon transitioned into cleaning pool and clubhouse common areas.

In 1995, Patrick left his career in food processing and took over PTC. At the time, they were cleaning and maintaining approximately fifty (50) communities with just six (6) employees. Patrick subscribed to business oriented audio programs and would listen to them between servicing communities. Patrick strictly followed the ideas and suggestions he learned from these programs, and by 2002, they had outgrown their home office and purchased their first commercial building in the Irvine Spectrum.

In 2004, they expanded their services to the Inland Empire, and in 2006, opened an office in Murrieta, California.

After the opening of the Murrieta office, one of Patrick’s closest associates, Mrs. Sam Blum, suggested they expand their business into the Greater Los Angeles area to service Luxury High Rise Condominiums. In December 2007 they opened a third office in Commerce, CA.

In 2006, PTC also began servicing the San Diego area, and opened their fourth office in San Diego, Ca in 2008 to better satisfy the growing needs in that area.

In addition to expanding their cleaning services throughout Southern Ca., PTC also expanded the maintenance services they offered to include: day porters, hotel and hospitality cleaning and maintenance, street sweepers, gym cleaning, and mid- high rise building services.

Today, PTC is the largest provider of cleaning and maintenance services to community and homeowner associations in Southern California and employs over 260 employees, providing monthly services to over 900 communities.
